Using AccessAU as the focus of my project demonstrates the process and principles of usability and user testing. My goal is to show how at each step of the way, usability helps to create digital platforms that are tailored to meet users’ needs and expectations. Here are the results of the user study and the vision for how AccessAU could be re-designed based upon user needs and expectations.
